What you'll do

• Present the community and apartment homes
• respond to prospective resident inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through leasing
• maintain knowledge of features, floor plans, pricing, and availability
• use property management software to manage resident information, applications, and leases
• conduct move-ins and move-outs
• plan resident retention programs and community events
• collaborate on marketing and online reputation
• maintain accurate records and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
