What you'll do

• Work with the sales team to support customer experience
• oversee the sales floor and delegate work
• prepare fitting rooms and help customers find sizes
• share product information and updates
• lead day-to-day operations when store managers are absent
• motivate the team toward sales goals
• communicate inventory needs
• support maintenance, sales strategy, community, and team management
• restock, maintain visual merchandising, and clean
• follow opening, closing, and safety protocols.
