The Assistant Group Leader, School-Age Program role is onsite in Needham, MA; compensation is $17–$22 per hour. Tobin Beaudet Schools provides a licensed, accredited school-age program with a child-centered approach. The assistant group leader supports the Group Leader in creating a safe, engaging environment, facilitating daily activities, and maintaining consistent supervision. The role contributes to children’s development and program compliance through teamwork, family communication, and adherence to safety standards.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily activities and supervision
• collaborate with colleagues on schedules and children’s needs
• welcome and orient families
• communicate program and school information to the team
• report facility, inventory, equipment, and supply needs
• support safe and sanitary classrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms
• participate in training and faculty meetings
• maintain EEC, COA, and QRIS compliance
• report suspected child abuse or neglect to directors.
