What you'll do

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area
• cook, heat, and prepare breakfast items according to hotel and brand standards
• stock food and beverages
• monitor food temperatures, freshness, presentation, and expiration dates
• greet guests and assist with breakfast questions or requests
• clean tables, counters, equipment, and serving areas
• follow food-handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
• break down the area, wash dishes, store food and supplies, monitor inventory, communicate supply needs, and assist with deliveries.
