What you'll do

• Facilitate patient care and perform preliminary workups, refractions, tonometry, and A-scans/IOL Master/immersions
• collect medical histories and eye measurements
• explain procedures, treatments, and diagnoses
• maintain ophthalmic equipment and clean, orderly exam rooms
• may assist with surgical room and equipment preparation and patient observation. Travel to other area clinics may be required.
