Senior Counsel — Nevada Civil Defense

The role supports the firm’s civil defense practice through case ownership, advocacy, and client service.

What you'll do

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials

Why this role

Active Nevada Bar license required; JD from an ABA-approved school and 8+ years of litigation experience required. Travel is expected when matters require it, including trials, court appearances, site inspections, trial preparation, and certain client needs. Annual billable-hours bonus eligibility is also described.
