Team Relations Specialist

What you'll do

• Address employee concerns, conflicts, complaints, and employment issues
• conduct confidential investigations, interviews, fact-finding, and documentation review
• coach leaders on corrective action, discipline, attendance, performance management, and communication
• partner with HR leadership on consistent policies and legal requirements
• support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, evaluations, termination, and exit interviews
• facilitate engagement and recognition initiatives
• and maintain confidential employee records.
