What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize production and packaging equipment
• disassemble, clean, and reassemble machinery
• clean facility surfaces and common areas
• pressure-wash dough troughs, bins, containers, and oven racks
• handle cleaning chemicals safely and wear required PPE
• follow lockout/tagout and food-safety procedures
• report safety, equipment, or food-safety concerns
• complete sanitation records.
