Team Leader — Jack in the Box

The Team Leader role is onsite in Farmington, Missouri. Compensation is $15.50–$18 per hour. The position supports restaurant operations at an independently owned and operated Jack in the Box franchise. Team Leaders help manage daily activities, model and encourage effective team behavior, and maintain a friendly, clean, and safe environment. They support training and coaching while helping the restaurant deliver guest service and maintain food quality and safety.
