What you'll do

• Serve as a primary patient contact
• manage phone calls and schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
• coordinate provider schedules
• check patients in and out
• present and review treatment plans and financial options
• verify insurance coverage and eligibility
• collect payments
• update patient and insurance information in Denticon
• maintain electronic records in accordance with HIPAA and company privacy requirements
• keep reception and waiting areas organized
• collaborate with doctors and team members.
