What you'll do

• Handle plaintiff-side class action and complex litigation from early case development through resolution
• research and analyze legal and factual issues
• help develop case strategies
• draft briefs, motions, pleadings, discovery materials, and other legal work
• participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, and case strategy
• communicate with colleagues, clients, experts, and other parties.
