The Construction Litigation Associate position is onsite in Miami, FL, with an annual salary range of $190,000 to $225,000. Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is recruiting for a growing construction department at a respected law firm. The associate manages construction-related disputes from inception through resolution, working with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy, client service, and courtroom matters. The role contributes to the department’s litigation practice through research, drafting, advocacy, and trial preparation.

What you'll do

• Manage construction litigation matters under partner supervision
• research construction, commercial, and civil litigation issues
• draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda
• take and defend depositions
• appear at hearings and conferences
• assist with trials, arbitrations, and mediations
• draft and review construction-related contracts
• communicate with clients and counsel.
