What you'll do

• Select products from pick tickets and stage them for production
• cut fish to customer specifications
• transport finished product to the packaging line
• weigh product to customer and company specifications
• replenish stock
• maintain a clean work area
• handle product properly and report damage
• follow company policies and HACCP, OSHA, and GMP guidelines.
