Group Facilitator

What you'll do

• Facilitate scheduled therapeutic and psychoeducational groups
• deliver curriculum-based and process groups on relapse prevention, coping skills, psychoeducation, and life skills
• manage group dynamics and maintain therapeutic boundaries
• complete timely and accurate group notes in the electronic health record
• document participation, progress, and clinical observations
• collaborate with clinical, medical, and administrative staff
• participate in team meetings and supervision
• communicate safety or clinical concerns promptly
• assist with group curriculum development and program refinement.

Why this role

Experience facilitating groups in behavioral health or substance use settings is required; a bachelor’s degree or higher, Missouri-recognized credential or license, ASAM program experience, and familiarity with CBT, DBT, or MI are preferred. Schedule may include daytime, evening, and occasional weekend hours.
