What you'll do

• Review employee and client files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• identify missing, inconsistent, or expired documents
• track caregiver credentials, screenings, training, and expiration dates
• follow up on outstanding documentation
• maintain compliance records and systems
• assist with internal and external audits
• communicate documentation issues
• protect confidential information
• follow policies and regulatory requirements.
