What you'll do

• Clean, sanitize, dry, and store dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• operate commercial dishwashing machines
• monitor dishwashing chemicals and water temperatures
• maintain clean workstations and kitchen areas
• dispose of trash
• support kitchen staff and other food service assignments as needed.
