Bilingual Attorney, First-Party Property and Personal Injury

What you'll do

• Assume responsibility for an active caseload
• handle first-party property and personal injury matters
• manage cases from intake through resolution
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, experts, and other parties
• negotiate settlements
• handle litigation as required
• maintain case documentation and deadlines
• work remotely during the Texas market launch
• transition to the new Texas office when it opens in Q1 2027
• take on increasing leadership responsibilities.
