What you'll do

• Originate conventional residential mortgages and government loan programs, including FHA, VA, and Rural Housing
• solicit mortgage business through Realtors, builders, developers, and client referrals
• interview applicants and analyze financial and credit data
• negotiate loan terms
• complete required documentation and close approved loans
• monitor exceptions and delinquencies
• maintain market and regulatory knowledge
• develop and retain business
• cross-sell bank services.
