General Laborer

Job overview

The General Laborer role is an onsite, full-time position in Cocoa, FL, paying $16 per hour. The position assists across Diamondback Airboats’ operations, including assembly and fabrication work. The role provides general daily labor and support across work areas. By completing installation, sanding, grinding, and cleanup tasks and assisting where needed, the laborer helps keep production and other operations moving.

What you'll do

• Install polymer, cross braces, and gussets
• sand and grind
• sweep floors
• assist with assembly, fabrication, or other areas as needed
• and perform other assigned tasks. Work Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., with overtime as needed.

Why this role

Requires at least one year of hand and power tool experience and ability to lift 50 pounds. Forklift certification and 2+ years of machine operation experience are preferred. Background and drug screening and ATF firearm-possession requirements apply to candidates accepting an offer.
