What you'll do

• Advise clients on domestic and international data privacy compliance
• counsel on AI governance and emerging regulations
• prepare data processing agreements, privacy policies, AI use policies, and vendor agreements
• conduct privacy and AI risk assessments
• defend clients in privacy litigation
• develop client training
• monitor legal and enforcement developments
• collaborate with attorneys and partners on privacy, cybersecurity, and technology matters.
