What you'll do

• Complete resident-requested work orders and preventive maintenance
• diagnose problems and make repairs in accordance with policies, safety standards, and codes
• prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins, including inspections, punch lists, vendor coordination, supplies, repairs, and final checks
• track maintenance inventory and report reorder needs
• document service requests
• support cost control by repairing parts when possible
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities through cleaning, pressure washing, and painting as needed.
