What you'll do

• Train new drivers on delivery protocols, safety, compliance, and customer service
• retrain current drivers as assigned
• support leadership initiatives
• operate a tractor-trailer safely and professionally
• participate in and partially lead team meetings
• help coordinate training programs
• deliver products on time
• transfer materials between trailer and dock
• assist with administrative tasks
• provide route coverage during absences
• comply with applicable policies and laws.

Why this role
