Shift Lead

What you'll do

• Open and close the store
• direct and monitor team members
• assist customers and resolve complaints
• perform cash-handling and front-end administrative procedures
• complete store reports and checks
• cashier as needed
• receive deliveries and stock departments
• support health, safety, sanitation, and loss-prevention procedures
• escalate employee issues to management.
