What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues
• communicate service-request and make-ready status to the Maintenance Supervisor
• complete make-ready turns to the company’s seven-day standard
• maintain organized parts and supplies
• inspect and repair community areas
• follow health and safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices
• record work in Yardi and use Sparkle as an inspection tool
• coordinate with office staff.
