Associate Corporate Counsel

Job overview

The Associate Corporate Counsel role is hybrid in Salt Lake City, UT, with annual base pay of $125,000–$150,000 and a 15% target bonus. The position is based at Alsco’s corporate office, with remote work available up to two days per week after 90 days, in accordance with company policy. Alsco Uniforms provides uniform and linen rental services to customers. The in-house lawyer supports the Legal Department through contract review and management, legal operations, and advice on corporate, compliance, privacy, and regulatory matters. The role works with business units to improve legal processes and manage legal and compliance risks.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• research and advise on compliance and regulatory matters
• support contract lifecycle management and legal templates
• monitor legal developments and help implement changes
• provide internal training
• advise on privacy and data protection
• support legal operations
• collaborate with business units and improve legal processes.
