What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on generators, HVAC equipment, vehicles, appliances, and water and wastewater equipment
• inspect facilities
• estimate time, cost, and materials
• build or repair structures and equipment
• service electrical and mechanical systems
• prioritize repair requests
• maintain assigned buildings
• train maintenance technicians
• perform additional assigned duties.
