• coordinate cross-functional implementation activities
• build and maintain system forms and workflows
• develop test data and scripts
• document defects and approvals
• support pharmacy dispensing platform configuration and issue resolution
• maintain data definitions and quality controls
• train manufacturer and partner users
• maintain implementation documentation and recommend process improvements.
