Job overview

The Systems Administrator role is onsite in Quantico, VA. The target salary is $100,000–$120,000 per year. The role provides enterprise systems administration and operational support for a government IT environment, working with systems, network, cloud, cybersecurity, and technical support teams. The position exists to sustain reliable, secure, and mission-ready IT services by administering servers, operating systems, virtual infrastructure, enterprise applications, and related services, while supporting maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, and recovery.

What you'll do

• Install, configure, administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers, operating systems, applications, and enterprise services
• support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Configuration Manager, VMware, and virtual desktop infrastructure
• monitor system health
• perform updates and patching
• support vulnerability remediation, hardening, backups, restoration, and recovery
• document configurations and procedures
• manage incidents and service requests
• coordinate escalations and technical support.
