Foreperson – Tree Trimming and Vegetation Management

The Foreperson – Tree Trimming and Vegetation Management role is onsite in Muskogee, OK. Compensation is $24 per hour. The foreperson coordinates crew members, equipment, tools, and supplies to complete assigned work to contract specifications for W A Kendall and Company. The role directs daily field work, reinforces safe practices, and participates in tree trimming and removal, cleanup, and equipment readiness. Coordinating tasks and checking completed work helps crews deliver vegetation management services safely and efficiently.

What you'll do

• Direct crew members and manage equipment
• assign tasks and supervise performance
• plan and organize work to meet specifications safely and efficiently
• communicate with property owners about access and planned work
• ensure PPE use and safe practices
• trim or remove trees and apply stump treatment
• load and unload debris and operate brush chippers
• direct cleanup
• inspect completed work
• maintain time, equipment, and material records
• inspect trucks and conduct job briefings
• restock supplies and report equipment issues
• perform storm work as needed.
