What you'll do

• Manage civil and structural engineering deliverables, including structural steel and foundation design and analysis
• advise on design principles and standards
• develop procedures, specifications, sketches, and coordinate 3D models
• lead design reviews and lessons-learned sessions
• support proposal cost estimates
• coordinate across disciplines
• visit sites and provide technical support as needed
• mentor and peer-review design team members
• monitor project status
• support recruitment and professional development.
