What you'll do

  • Conduct prior-art searches and patentability assessments
  • perform freedom-to-operate analyses
  • review patents and scientific literature
  • assist with prosecution, counseling, and litigation-related technical analysis
  • draft patent applications and USPTO Office Action responses
  • support portfolio strategy and post-grant proceedings
  • and communicate scientific concepts clearly in written patent work.
