What you'll do

• Clean and organize the condiment station
• refill water, milk, syrups, and other supplies
• stock utensils, plates, and napkins
• remove compost, recycling, and trash
• clean and restock bathrooms
• clean windows and doors
• clear tables and bus dishes as needed
• sweep kitchen, dining, sandwich station, walk-ins, and freezers
• act as dishwasher during specified shifts, break coverage, and high dish volume
• assist the chef with prep or cleaning tasks during downtime.
