What you'll do

• Monitor the network and review turnover reports and scheduled maintenance
• participate in a rotating triage schedule to investigate alarms and respond to calls and requests
• provide initial diagnosis and early resolution for members, vendors, and carriers
• manage service requests and incident tickets through resolution
• communicate outages and network status
• execute approved configuration changes, firmware updates, and hardware maintenance
• plan and coordinate maintenance, including impact analysis and methods of procedure
• coordinate vendor and carrier remote-hands work and equipment shipments
• maintain equipment inventory
• escalate complex incidents
• and update policies, procedures, and documentation.
