What you'll do

• Lead and supervise planning staff
• set priorities and allocate resources
• oversee service planning and scheduling, operational analysis, bid planning, service implementation, and resource forecasting
• manage planning studies and mobility projects, including scope, schedule, budget, engagement, consultants, and implementation
• support grants and funding strategies
• oversee consultant contracts and budgets
• ensure planning compliance
• represent LTD in planning processes
• prepare reports, analyses, recommendations, and Board materials.

Why this role

Standard hours are generally Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; evening, weekend, and extended hours may be required. Travel throughout the service area is required, with occasional travel outside the region. Requires five years of relevant experience, including three years of supervisory, project leadership, or management experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination.
