What you'll do

• Develop and maintain employer-group relationships
• respond to benefits questions and service requests
• guide clients through annual renewals and plan options
• coordinate open enrollment and employee education
• partner with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues
• assist with enrollments, eligibility updates, and policy changes
• support onboarding
• monitor accounts and identify service improvements
• stay informed about industry, carrier, and compliance updates.
