The Assistant General Manager — Restaurant role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is $80,000–$95,000 per year. The position supports The Italiano’s restaurant operations and guest experience. Working with the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager helps run front- and back-of-house operations, lead shifts, and maintain service and food quality. The role also supports team development, inventory and cost management, and consistent safety and sanitation practices.

What you'll do

• Run front- and back-of-house operations
• deliver guest service and address concerns. Protect food and beverage quality, organize and supervise shifts, and coach team members. Forecast needs, estimate usage, and manage inventory. Maintain sanitation and safety standards, control costs and waste, promote the brand, and track operations and corrective actions.
