What you'll do

• Set up and stock the bar
• maintain and store garnishes, juices, and perishables
• greet guests and record drink orders
• mix and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control
• follow requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
• enter orders into the point-of-sale register
• handle cash and charges and balance funds
• secure beverage, food, and equipment items
• perform assigned related duties.
