What you'll do

• Deliver technical training through classroom, computer-based, distance learning, simulation, on-the-job training, coaching, and job aids
• assess and test employee competence
• confer with management or clients
• evaluate programs and report trainee progress
• maintain training programs and materials
• prepare training areas. Requires 5+ years of military or commercial mechanic experience and 5+ years of formal adult training experience
• an Airframe and Powerplant license is recommended but not required.
