The Senior Cook works onsite in Georgetown, DE, on a full-time schedule with hours and days that may vary, including rotating weekends. Pay is $21–$24 per hour. Unidine’s culinary team prepares meals for the people it serves. The cook prepares nutritious, properly flavored food according to recipes and applicable standards. The role may oversee assigned food service associates and supports safe food handling, kitchen operations, production records, and employee cross-training.

What you'll do

• Prepare entrees and menu items using established recipes
• operate and clean equipment
• store, label, and date food
• maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage
• follow HACCP and sanitation requirements
• assist with production records and documentation
• cross-train employees
• may oversee food service associates as assigned.
