Flexible scheduling – Full-Time (~12 shifts/month) & Part-Time (~6 shifts/month). $330-350/hour with RVU productivity. 10-12-hour shifts with strong APP support. 35-bed ED | 30K–35K annual volume | Level III Trauma Center.
