What you'll do

• Provide primary eClinicalWorks user and helpdesk support
• troubleshoot and track issues
• manage user accounts, security roles, and access
• configure workflows, templates, forms, and tools
• support reporting and quality initiatives
• develop and deliver user training
• participate in implementations, upgrades, testing, and workflow improvements
• serve as a liaison between users and the EHR vendor.
