Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Pleasant Prairie, WI, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The technician supports building and engineering services at the client’s office. The role maintains small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment through preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs. It helps keep building systems safe, compliant, and operating efficiently while completing assigned work orders.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems
• inspect systems and diagnose potential problems
• assist with installation and modification of building equipment
• track work orders
• support energy management
• inspect installations for code and safety compliance
• perform fit-and-finish work, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance
• use CMMS and email.
