Assembly Technician – Night Shift

The Assembly Technician – Night Shift role is onsite in Florence, KY, with compensation of $22–$26 per hour and a 20% night-shift differential. The role supports Bright Machines’ automated server assembly lines, which produce data center infrastructure. The technician operates and monitors automated equipment, performs assembly and quality checks, and records production data to keep lines safe, efficient, and consistent while supporting production of server components.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor automated assembly systems, robotics, vision systems, conveyors, and workcells
• load and unload materials
• respond to alarms and perform basic troubleshooting
• verify programs, setups, tooling, and fixtures
• conduct in-process inspections
• record production data in MES and digital tools
• document defects
• perform basic rework
• replenish and track materials
• perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance
• follow EHS and 5S requirements
• collaborate with automation, process engineering, and quality teams.
