What you'll do

• Prepare detailed estimates for earthwork, utilities, paving, grading, and drainage projects
• review bid packages and plans
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• coordinate with project managers and field staff
• attend pre-bid meetings and site visits
• prepare quantity takeoffs, budgets, schedules, and phasing plans
• support project handoffs and estimating systems.
