Associate Clinical Director

The Associate Clinical Director role is onsite in La Plata, MD. Compensation is $110,000–$120,000 per year. Alpas Wellness–La Plata is a licensed and accredited residential treatment center serving people and families navigating substance use and mental health concerns. The role partners with the Clinical Director, supervises the therapeutic team, and supports clinical quality and daily operations. It provides continuity of clinical leadership and helps develop the operational and strategic capabilities needed for future leadership growth.

What you'll do

• Provide individual and group supervision to counselors, therapists, and interns
• review assessments, treatment plans, notes, and discharge plans
• monitor documentation quality and compliance
• support evidence-based practices
• provide crisis consultation and after-hours on-call clinical leadership
• maintain a limited caseload as needed
• train and mentor staff
• conduct evaluations and coaching
• support staffing, scheduling, policies, budgeting, and resource planning
• participate in quality improvement, audits, and incident reviews.
