Owner’s Representative – Hospitality and Commercial Interiors

The Owner’s Representative – Hospitality and Commercial Interiors role is based in New York, NY, with office and remote work activities and regular site visits at projects throughout New York City. Compensation is $125,000–$160,000 per year. PM2 Consulting represents owners on complex hospitality and commercial interior construction projects. The representative coordinates project teams and provides clients with clear analysis, budget and schedule oversight, risk identification, and practical recommendations from planning through closeout. The role supports informed client decisions while client approval authority remains with the client.

What you'll do

• Serve as the client’s owner-side representative and primary coordination point
• provide objective analysis and recommendations
• coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, landlords, and operators
• lead or participate in meetings and track decisions and action items
• monitor budgets, schedules, contingencies, and milestones
• identify risks, delays, conflicts, and cost impacts
• maintain project documentation and client updates
• support permitting, inspections, agency coordination, conformance monitoring, and closeout.
