The Grocery Store Manager role is onsite at Fresh Start Market in New Orleans, LA. Pay is $55,000–$65,000 per year. What you'll do

• Oversee daily grocery, café, and teaching kitchen operations
• maintain operating procedures, product displays, food safety, and cleanliness
• support stocking and inventory rotation
• coordinate café offerings and cooking classes
• manage inventory, ordering, vendors, pricing, and waste tracking
• supervise and schedule staff
• maintain point-of-sale and digital systems
• train staff and interns
• improve procedures
• support customer experience, promotions, and organizational planning.
