What you'll do

• Schedule, coordinate, monitor, and perform grounds, janitorial, and light maintenance duties at the designated site.
• Maintain indoor and outdoor cleanliness and property appearance, clean common areas, perform snow removal and landscaping as required, assist with service requests and minor repairs, and inspect the property for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• The role requires responding to on-call needs.
