Heavy Maintenance Visit Representative

Job overview

The Heavy Maintenance Visit Representative role is onsite at customer maintenance facilities throughout the United States, with compensation of $50–$55 per hour. The representative serves as the primary liaison among Aviation Service Partners, customers, and maintenance teams during scheduled aircraft maintenance events.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, engineering, planning, materials, and production teams
• provide customers with status reports, schedule changes, and completion timelines. Review scope changes and non-routine findings, coordinate customer approvals, monitor milestones and aircraft downtime, support delivery and inspections, ensure documentation complies with FAA regulations and customer requirements, and travel to customer facilities as required.
