Client Support Specialist – Financial Services

What you'll do

• Respond to client inquiries through ticketing, phone, and live chat
• troubleshoot platform issues and guide users through features
• investigate and resolve issues or escalate them
• develop knowledge of platform integrations, account management, billing, and reporting
• relay client feedback to product, development, and sales teams
• maintain CRM and ticket records
• contribute to support documentation and user guides
• monitor service-level agreements and ticket resolution.
